Are you an experienced automotive service advisor who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building trust, and keeping the shop running efficiently?
We're looking for a motivated, professional service advisor who knows the industry and wants to be part of a growing, high-performing team.


What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation: $55,000–$85,000+ annually (base pay plus performance bonuses, depending on experience and results).

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience.
  • Build estimates and explain repairs clearly and honestly.
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs with integrity.
  • Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
  • Keep customers informed from check-in to vehicle delivery.
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow.
  • Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
  • Help achieve shop sales and customer satisfaction goals.


Qualifications:
  • Automotive service advisor experience required.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with Tekmetric is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
